Couldn't wait to dig in to this plate of Bistek Ranchero. I've ate here three times now and am leaving full and satisfied. Authentic Mexican food. Good horchata. Large food portion.
Al pastor tacos are super tasty. Chopped into small pieces, the al pastor has a burst of flavor including the little charred bits of al pastor. Get it with onions, cilantro and salsa. I can eat one taco in two bites. FYI... sometimes when you get your chips, they have a metal bowl of sautéed onions and jalapeños. I suggest you get some of that to eat with your chips and salsa.
Tried Taqueria Garibaldi for the first time and they did not disappoint. We love the ambiance, music, and their food. I specially liked their margarita. Kept me hydrated. They have a bar and patio dining. They also have TVs inside, so we were able to watch the game while we enjoyed our food. Will definitely come back.
Tacos de chorizo 100% recomendados. El lugar la mayoría de veces está limpio y son muy rápidos con el servicio.
As a newcomer to Roseville, the quest for a satisfying lunch led me to a local taco spot that caught my eye. Embracing the Californian taco tradition, I was greeted with a menu that boasted an impressive array of choices. The decision wasn't easy, but I settled on a selection of five tacos: Carne Asada, Pollo, and Carnitas. The Carne Asada was grilled to perfection, the Pollo was tender and juicy, and the Carnitas was so flavorful. For locals or those passing through definitely recommend, Taqueria Garibaldi.
Literally my favorite go to breakfast burrito spot. They don't fake you out with stuffing it with a ton of rice and beans. I ordered their chorizo and eggs breakfast burrito to go and it's pretty big. I struggled to finish it but my husband finished his but will probably end up skipping lunch. They have their salsa bar open, even early in the morning. I did order to go- I called in before heading over - but it still takes a little bit longer.
I love eating burritos, nachos and tripas tacos! A glass of horchata is also good. One thing different for me at this restaurant that I wasn't use to was their tripe tacos. I'm use to eating in the Bay Area and most of the time the tripas I've had was always grilled on one of those flat iron grills where they make it a little crispy on the outside but still chewy on the inside. This place just deep fried it in oil and it comes out like pork skin. Not sure which way is the original but this was new and surprising for me. I much prefer the other way but my friends enjoyed it the deep fried way more. Come try it out for yourself.
